Brooks PC engine converter firmware update to 6 button.

So Brooks has a PC engine / Mega Drive controller adapter for arcade sticks and wireless controllers. Originally all it did was 2 button but now there's a 6 button mode for Street Fighter and other compatible games. Super simple firmware update too.
