Bringing my MasterSystem-II back to US

[Released: 1985] One of the most unusual features of the Sega Master System is its dual media inputs: one cartridge slot and one card slot. The card slot accepted small cards about the size of a credit card.

Bringing my MasterSystem-II back to US

Post by /markiiisystem »

I finally had the time to test my MasterSystem-II that i found at my mom's house. It works perfectly (I had a hard time making it to read any cartridge, it ended up always loading Alex Kid in Miracle Word from internal memory)
My console is a Pal-N, with a 220v power brick, so I will need a new power brick when I get back to US (I'm in Argentina)

  1. Any recommendations for a 110v power brick for a MasterSystem-II
  2. Will the Composite video work on a new LCD TV? (being PAL-N)
One of the games I have is Missile Defense with the 3D glasses and the light gun. I know I wont be able to play it on an LCD screen, but I hope I'll get a CRT soon.
Thanks!
