Choosing TurboDuo vs Coregrafx II

I have the option to buy a pc-engine duo or coregrafx II system. Both have cables and a controller but the coregrafx comes with 10 HuCard Games(Gems in the lot are Bonk and Bomberman), The duo does not come with games. Should I buy the turboduo for the ability to play cd games or should I get the coregrafx with some games I would want to play?
