i want to rip games from a CD-R back to the cdi format. How do i do this?

Hi everyone, i have two Jeff-Ma pirate rips on disc (shoot em up collections 1 and 2) that no longer exist as downloads on the web (thanks to the takedown of isozone). They are pretty handy images, as they each fit 5 games on one disc, making them much more economical than separately burning each of those 5 games. I would like to reupload these images, however i only have them in burned form (rather than in .cdi form). How can i convert these image back to cdi form? Preferably using imageburn.
