Hello my name is Charles and I am new to forums in general but have loved and built some forms of Arcades my whole life, as in forms of arcades this can be explained as I made it work but not always lol. I have recently been working on a Tekken 3 cabinet and while cleaning it found this under the coin tray. It is a box that says CAPCOM EP-ROM KIT Made in Japan with three roms S92 21A,22A, and S92U 23A? they are brand new from 19?? I am assuming this is an upgrade or new game that was dropped by accident so they left it there???
