Turbo Express Composite Mod

[Released: 1990] The TurboExpress is a handheld video game console by NEC, released in late 1990 in Japan and the United States. It is essentially a portable version of the TurboGrafx-16 home console that came two to three years earlier, and was released as the PC Engine GT in Japan.

Having some trouble getting composite video from the chip sold at tg16pcemods. Anyone have experience with this? Is it absolutely necessary to lift the legs of the Hu6260?
