Why Is Giga Wing 2 So Expensive/Rare?

Sadly, I had the game and many others when I was younger and my parents donated it all or something one fateful year

I was browsing around to buy some games again and I was surprised by the insane prices for some games but most notably Giga Wing 2

What makes it worth so much? Just curious
