Is This a fake Pokemon Diamond Case, Cover and Manual?(UK)

[Released: 2004/8] The DS/i is a dual-screen handheld console and resembles that of the multi-screen games from the Game & Watch line. The lower display is overlaid with a touchscreen designed to accept input from a stylus.

Is This a fake Pokemon Diamond Case, Cover and Manual?(UK)

[TD] In this thread, we made some headway into guessing whether this complete in box Pokemon Diamond (UK version) was a reproduction or not. There are some good resources there, but the leads have dried up and I hope that this subreddit's expertise might give a fresh perspective.

I cannot tell if the case, print inlay and manuals are in fact reproduction, sold to me as original.
The game cartridge itself looks genuine as far as I can tell - clear letters, correct serial code and logos; it loads on the latest DSi software, saves without a pause in music, sleeps when the shell is closed and can soft reset.

Case: It is a clear PAL case, but inside the manuals are held in by two plastic tabs which stick up - is it true that genuine European cases only have one tab? Does anyone have Pokemon Diamond/Pearl bought sealed from brick-and-mortar that has two plastic tabs? Also, the two circles that are printed on the spine which are left over from plastic injection moulding: do mine have the correct distance and position of aftermark ring around them that is customary for Nintendo moulding?
But elsewhere inside, the Nintendo DS logo next to the DS cartridge slot has no rectangular outline, the GBA slot is present and there are the correct European printed markings.

Print Inlay: I am not sure if the edges of the print cover have straight cut lines. The front cover is shiny, the straight rays of light falling on Dialga are metallic and Dialga's eye is reflective red. Neither the front nor back are glittery. What spooked me most was that the "Original Nintendo Seal of Quality" is a reflective, metallic bright yellow star rather than an expected subdued gold. Is that alone a sign of a repro print inlay?

Manuals: Only the "Nintendo DS Lite" booklet may be a reproduction due to print defects. The clearest example in the below images is the Super Mario Galaxy advertising page's images: distortion causes the first image box on the left page to have black smudges on the top edge and a green bottom border. The same for the image box just below – its top edge has black smears and a bottom edge with a green border and inside the image, the top arc of the sun above Bowser's fire jet has a green iris. Do the black ink smears and green borders indicate to you that the booklet is counterfeit?
Other signs of the booklet that worry me: the yellowed and waxy quality, the grey footer on the front page that increases in width towards the right, the inner pages feel more like magazine paper compared to the glossy cover pages, the staples are of different sizes and in general, the images in this booklet seem fuzzier and in higher contrast.

Please can your better eye spot what is real and what is not. How much, if any, have I been scammed?

Notice how the seal is reflective enough to give off a glow on the paper.

Black smears, green borders.
Notice the green iris on top of the sun.
Below are all examples from other people:
Not my case, an example of a case with just one plastic tab.
Not my booklet, an example of a well printed "Nintendo DS Lite" booklet.
