Found these two today, fake?

Found these two today, fake?

Found these today and one is still sealed! However I have no idea if it’s a reseal or a what. Stickers on the spines are price tags.
Anyway I don’t think I own another ps2 case like that one. Game has the ps2 hologram on the bottom of the disc. Just seemed retry rare to find two uncommon games like that in the same spot so I thought I get some opinions.
