Uploading a custom theme for others to download?

So I'm not exactly sure if this is the right place for this but, I recently made a custom theme for my SNES Classic based off my friend's liking for Mega Lopunny and I was wondering if anyone here knows where I can upload it for others to possibly use. Also, I can't seem to find the original artist that drew the image, and I want to credit them for the original image and possibly ask if they're fine with me doing this. Any help is appreciated. I can DM anyone the original image if they think they can find the original artist.
