Stuck on this page when I try to add funds into eshop wallet using credit card

I am trying to add funds into the nintendo eshop. However they no longer allow direct payment through credit card in the uk. So i followed the instuctions which told me to go here: http://nintendo.eu/n3ds_payment however when i try to do step 2 and after I write my password, i get stuck on this screen: https://imgur.com/a/8cLxmzN I do what it tells me to and go on the eshop on my 3ds but nothing changes, nothing comes on the 3ds or web page. I need help please
