Benq G2420HDBL Power on

Post by Arcade-Projects »

Hi,

I'm currently building my new first arcade based on Retropie using a Raspberry Pi 3+
Everything is working fine except for my monitor Benq G2420HDBL.
When the monitor is powered on and I cut the power and re-apply power, I need to press the power button. Once I build the monitor in my case I will no longer have access to that button of course.

I'm pretty sure I'm not the first person with this problem, however I cannot find any good resource that helps me out.
Is there a way to open the monitor and bypass the power button so it turns on again when power is applied?

Regards,
Curia Angels
