PS3 Test System Firmware Files

I bought a PS3 Test System ( a DECHJ00A to be specific) and need to update the firmware to a later version, where would be a good location to find an appropriate update file as the only ones I have found cause the system to wait for a payload to be pushed via the ethernet port. I can still update the firmware via recovery mode or format the hard drive if necessary. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
