What are some of the best dreamcast games?

What are some must have dreamcast games? Perhaps even some hidden gems, anything that is perhaps not well known.

Please recommend any arcade ports and games to a noob who just got a dreamcast and only has heard of these games;

Gunbird 2, Jet Set Radio, Shenmue, Sonic Adventure, Skies of Arcadia and Grandia as well as MVC2, JJBA and Metropolitan Street Racer.

I currently have a GDEmu and only have these games, so my library feels empty and I feel like I never play it.

Id appreciate any help so please help out! Thank you guys.
