Is there something wrong with my game, or does SA2 on the dreamcast just.. lack alot of chao garden stuff??

I just got the game on Dreamcast, I thought it'd be the same like on PC when it comes to Chao Garden, but it's.. lacking alot??

No blackmarket, no Chao karate, Can't even see my Chao's stats..

Is it supposed to be like that?? This doesn't seem right at all, lol
