Cannot convert some cue/bins to chd...

While I love to play on my Dreamcast, most of my GD-ROMs have started to fail because of years of use and scratches. Also, it is a pain to change GD-ROMs. So I ordered a GDEMU which has to arrive yet.

Since I don't have a way to read them on my PC, I downloaded the games I have from the internets. The problem is that while most of them convert just fine to CHD, I cannot convert Last Hope Pink Bullets.

The CHD is created but when I test them in Redream or Flycast, they don't boot. I tried opening the CUE with IsoBuster to extract the data, and I also tried converting the CUE to GDI but still would not boot.

The cue/bins boot just fine, but nor the CHD from CUE/BIN nor the CHD from GDI/BIN boot.
