Raspberry pi 4b 4gb model

I recently got a rpi 4b 4gb model, and was wondering if there is anyone currently working on a similar project. My project list/components are as following Rasberry pi 4b ( was planning on a rpi 2) 4 solar panels
2 power banks
Type c cord 7 inch display Keyboard and mouse / controller 320gb storage (overkill for my project) Wifi antenna ( unsure if needed with this sbc GSM unit

My project is to make a solar powered ( with removable batteries ) General survival guide for emergency and or in offgrid locations ( I work at campsites) and if possible the ability to send and receive sms/mms

Any help or tips would be lovely Or even suggestions for better ideas for it
