Which is better for NES, SNES, GB, GBC, GBA, etc. 3ds family or DSi xl? (Visual and sound-wise)

This may be a little oddly specific. But ever since I learned about pixel stretch and how the dsi/xl screen registers pixels better and vice versa. I wanted to hear some thoughts from other people if they also researched this topic.
