Pi 5 questions

I just ordered a pi 5 for 3D printing purposes, I'll be using this one as desktop to connect to my pi 4b running octopi on my 3D print. I might have to run other programs through it for a second 4b/printer, but for now it's just the one with octoprint and I plan to slice code and run CAD software. Has anyone else tried this? I'm semi-new to 3d printing, kinda getting back into it. I'm very new to pi and single board computers. Thanks for any real feedback
