Moon patrol bad video out + other moon patrol quandaries

Hi all, I searched the site for a similar issue, but this one is a new one

I currently have two moon patrols that I am working on side by side, and a spare moon patrol board set with no soundboard.

On moon patrol 1
I have a K 4900, I recaped and changed B+ and replaced flyback.

(B+ voltage is correct at 130vdc)
I am using a switching power supply.
With the board plugged into the machine, the image on the monitor looks terrible, almost like it's not getting enough power, adjustments don't...
