help finding game

so i remember playing old cd rom games as a toddler and one of the games has this very specific sound effect, of a little kid shouting "mom, dad!!!" and i think it had smth to go with Tonka and building an amusement park idk... if anyone knows what I'm talking about and knows where that sound came from id looove to know!
