Multi port audio Pi 4b- help plz

Post by /RaspberryPi »

I'm trying to figure out how to connect to multiple audio devices simultaneously. I'd like to be able to connect headphones jacks and Bluetooth at the same time. The idea is a media sharer that doesn't make you that one 🍆🙆🏻 who thinks he has the right to inflict his noise on everyone in the vicinity.

I have an IQaudio DAC+ HAT. Apparently you have to disable hdmi audio to activate DAC audio, but that's not good as the hdmi will also be needed for any video watching. I'm aware that my Pi can't run to many audio channels at once tho.

So I need HDMI audio, Bluetooth audio (X1 or 2), and 2 jacks preferably. How can this be achieved? Can I take signal from those pin holes opposite side of the board to the GPIO, next to the red phono port?

I'm gonna call it my Campfire 🥲
