Unable to access a 2nd Plex server from outside of my network

i'm running a plex server on a rpi4 with bullseye connected via lan. port forwarding done correctly in the router, i'm able to access it remotely from outside my network.

i've been gifted an rpi5 running bookworm connected via lan, have done all the settings exactly like on the pi4, but for some reason i'm unable to access it outside my network. i'm able to see my open ports, no firewall atm to prevent from connecting.

Anyone has ever experienced this ? could it be any sort of conflict over the lan port somehow ?

any input would be greatly appreciated.
