Is there any tutorial for modding dreamcast power supply 120v to 220v of 171-7962A-X1 PSU?

[Released: 1998] Born out of Sega's darkest hour to decide whether the company stays in the hardware business. Even though it didn't officially last long in the US, it was continued selling in Japan and spawned some great 2D Japanese shooters.

I have 171-7962A-X1 PSU which is broken,And if I succeed to resuscitate it, I'd like to mod this 171-7962A-X1 PSU in order to connect it to 220v outlet.

But It seems that there is no informtaion about 220v mod of 171-7962A-X1 PSU on the internet.

Is there any tutorial for 220v modding 171-7962A-X1 PSU?
