Deleting Wii U user without NID password?

[Released: 2012] The WiiU is the first Nintendo console to support high-definition graphics and a controller which features an embedded touchscreen. Talk about the system which is backward compatible with Wii.

Deleting Wii U user without NID password?

Hi guys. Long story short I have an unused account somebody I don't associate with anymore made on my Wii U and I really, really want to stop seeing it every time I boot, but I can't really afford to contact this person at the same time.

Is there any way that I can delete their account without Nintendo's help? Googling about it I found an older thread where people mentioned ftpiu everywhere, so are there any known ways to pull this off using that? There aren't any games tied to this user so...
