Sky Fire - Tail Gunner clone

Hi all,
i recently found a beautifull Tail Gunner clone in Italy, from Fiber Glass Italia, Sky Fire.
As i can see, pcbs are almost the same, ROM e Main CPU are in the same board and +5 and +12 are regulated on power supply.

Looking at J5 on my audio board i saw that have i have just PIN4 connected, PIN 1,3,6 are cut (+15, -15, GND).
Are this voltages came from display board to audio board and directly to the joystick pot for x and y movement on screen? What they are for?
