Fresno, CA - Service / fix two Hydro Thunders?

So, my two sit down Hydro Thunder Arcade cabinets did not fair to well with my recent move. One of my screens does not work at all and the other one needs to be adjusted or maybe the cathode needs to be recharged. I am assuming the cabinet with the semi-working monitor is the one I already had the cap kit performed on and sent off to a place in Vegas to get rebuilt. I'm assuming these monitors may need to get the CRT re-charged? I can't remember what it is called. I am tired of dealing...
