Millepede Dip switch access.

So I have a game that is set for free play. It does have the kit installed to play both Millepede and Centipede and you switch by pressing P1 and P2 simultaneously. I want to take it out of free play, based on the manual I have to slide out this whole board assembly to access the dip switches. Can anyone please confirm this before I start taking things apart?
