Opening apps in homebrew launcher just freezes on black screen

[Released: 2012] The WiiU is the first Nintendo console to support high-definition graphics and a controller which features an embedded touchscreen. Talk about the system which is backward compatible with Wii.

Opening apps in homebrew launcher just freezes on black screen

So up until recently, homebrew launcher has been working fine, but randomly one time I tried to open wup installer gx2 and it just been getting stuck on a black screen, i thought it was an issue with just wup installer, but now I have just tried to open nusspli and that also just froze on a black screen when trying to open it, help! I cant open either of these apps.
