Streaming on a Mac w/ Unmodded NES-001

I know similar questions have been asked many times but I can’t quite find an answer to my specific scenario.

Looks like most of the hardware for this is very old/discontinued, isn’t Mac compatible, or is more focused on upscaling than simply streaming.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
