Getting back into German account.

Hi huh. On a You Tube video I saw how on the American account get pass the QR Code. Of course I have my American account on my PS3.

I have a German account only for the DLCs for Dynasty Warrior Gundam 3 and I got the German version of the disc as well and it's in English somehow.

But don't have a PS3 itself right now so I'll get it back. And if I do I'd try to get the German account back but the security question are in the way and I was trying to recover my password in that account but wont' go though. And they say I have to speak with a live person on the chat and I use a fake name. So what will I do?
