Help with MKII schematic

[KLOV]

I'm trying to track down a U49 (UJ11 CMOS) error on an MKII board and need some help. I'm kind of schematically retarded and am unsure of where this is directing me. I think this may be where the fault lies as if I do the nvram mod on this board which eliminates the battery, there are no errors. However, for the sake of learning I'd like to solve the issue.
