Is the SEGA Genesis Mini 2 Hackable, if so. Should I hack the first Genesis Mini or the second one

Been Planning on buying a SEGA Genesis Mini for the past couple of days, and when I found out about the Genesis Mini 2, I started wondering if it is hackable. I couldn't really find a clear yes or no answer, so I'm kinda stuck there. But if it is possible to hack it, is the Genesis Mini 1 even worth hacking, the Mini 2 does not have some games that I want on there but I know the Mini 1 has them. So I'm kinda in-between on what I should choose
