"Generic" Bluetooth adapter for Mini NES (official original)?

Picked up a few 8bitdo adapters, but they only work with specific controllers.

I have 4x Stadia controllers flashed to unlock Bluetooth which work great on iOS and Linux PCs we have and retropi.

I can only find references for the 8bitdo though.
