HELP - I cannot for the life of me Mod my SNES classic

I followed the steps to a T

installed the latest version of Hakchi2

put it in in FLE mode and plugged it into usb 3.0 with a data USB cable

installed drivers

used different versions of hackchi

turned off anitvirus and firewalls

put the pc on airplane mode

made certain my PC recognized my SNES calssic which it dose

tried over dozens of times and nothing is working,

I install the kernal and it only gets to 11% then I get the pop up window saying my device is taking too long. I'm really close to giving up, does anyone have any suggestions?
