32X with Model 1 Questions

[Released: 1988] The Sega Genesis was Sega's most successful console; though Sega has never released a total sales figure quote. Several add-ons were created including the Sega CD and Sega 32X which extended its capabilities.

32X with Model 1 Questions

Has anyone used the converter cable set up with HD Retrovision Genesis YPbPr component cable to allow it to be used with a Model 1 Genesis? I want to use component cables I have a non-modded genesis atm, so I wanted to get component working asap. I also had the Sega CD so I wanted to make sure I needed nothing additional for the tower of power.
