1CHIP-03 interference/audio buzz

I just received a 1 chip 03 snes that I ordered on eBay, and after plugging it in getting ready to play some a link to the past, it has an interference issue. It’s a problem with the console, because I’ve been playing the same game using the same cords, scaler, and tv on my old 2 chip snes. I’m going to try cleaning the contacts on av out port, but doubt that’s the issue. Any ideas? Should I get a refund as it was said to be tested with “good video and sound”?
