Minecraft for 3DS Speculation

[Released: 2011] The 3DS is similar to the DS, but is capable of projecting stereoscopic 3D effects without the use of 3D glasses or additional accessories. A redesigned "XL" version of the console was also released.

This isn't so much a thread as to be like, OMG MINECRAFT FOR 3DS, more like, how would it perform and stuff.

And since the Wii U release is just around the corner, it isn't too late for Mojang to think about a 3DS version.

The way i see it, would be a N3DS exclusive, which would be fine by me.
However, games like Cube Creator 3D and BattleMiner have caught my eye, so maybe a boost with the 96mb ram (Games that have the Please Wait... Prompt like SSB3DS and MH4U have the boost) might be...
