Wii U repair help needed

Hello!

I've recently bought a broken Nintendo Wii U, it is a 32 gigabytes model. Disassembled it and noticed that the 2878D WIN-B2 is missing. Is it a critical part of the system or it works without it? Where can I buy that missing module? Searched Aliexpress and eBay but i only find in the U.S. and it is too expensive with shipping and import taxes etc.
It has the 160-0103 error, but it has Toshiba and Samsung memory modules. Saved otp.bin, seeprom.bin backups and logs. I've attached logs...
