NES Mini freezing

I added SNES and N64 games to my NES mini with Hakchi 3.9.3. I organized the games with folders by console type and split to total games per folder to no more than 25. The issue I'm having is, there are times when backing out of an SNES or N64 game or when backing out of a folder that the console will freeze and they only way I can get it to respond is to completely power down the unit. any ideas? I couldn't find anyone else having the same issues.
