Having problems with hakchi

Awhile ago i installed a game with hakchi and since then i have deleted the program. Then recently i decided to add more games. But i fucked up. The newly installed program did could not dump the core as it already was dumped. Yet it couldn't recognize it. Is there a way to fix this?
