65nm ps3 temps

I purchased a cechl-04 ps3 with the 65nm rsx and cell/be chip, i checked the syscon errors and the only one was overheating of the cell chip, i opened it and cleaned it, i replaced the thermal paste with noctua nt-h2 and now im getting this temps, the fact is that my older cechh model with both 90nm chips had much lower temps, like 43 in idle on the xmb, it feels kinda strange getting this temps with a much smaller chip and i cant even delid it i dont wanna risk to break it. Soo is this normal?
