Mario Kart Wii Deluxe 7.01 VS Mario Kart Midnights 1.4

Hi all, could someone tell me which version of Mario kart is the best?
Also, could someone explain me how to build my own version of Mario Kart Midnights from a Wbfs or loadiine or other format image please? (I own the DVD but DVD reader doesn't work well)
