Can we all agree that the upgrade from ps2 to ps3 was the biggest upgrade in gaming history?

as opposed to any ohter system I feel the upgrade from ps2 to ps3 had the biggest upgrade. It had the biggest in terms of graphics, gameplay, technology, and innovation. Even upgrading from ps3 to ps4 or ps4 to ps5 nothing tops ps2 to ps3. Even when looking at games released on ps2 and ps3 there are big differences. Look at max payne 2 and max payne 3, metal gear solid 3 and metal gear 4.
