Can anybody help me find out what game this is?

Hello,

I’ve been trying to find this game I remember from my childhood for years now.

Maybe you all can help.

I remember that the game starts off with a kid sneaking out his garage with his bicycle(tricycle?) and apologizing to his mother as he does it.

Then the actual gameplay is him riding around the neighborhood fighting big big like creatures.

This is going back to around 1993 that i remember this game. We only got to play it once or twice when a friend let us borrow it for a night.

Hopefully somebody can help me find out what it is.
