How do I add/play Wii Ware titles to a Soft Modded Wii U

[Released: 2012] The WiiU is the first Nintendo console to support high-definition graphics and a controller which features an embedded touchscreen. Talk about the system which is backward compatible with Wii.

How do I add/play Wii Ware titles to a Soft Modded Wii U

I'm just trying to figure out how I add international/Japanese WiiWare titles, such as Pole's Big Adventure to the Wii U.
Do I just use UWUVCI, or is there a way I can just install them on the Wii side of the Wii U and play them there?
