How to get RGB modded nes to output composite?

I have an RGB modded nes that uses an 8 pin mini din cable to output RGB. But if I wanna use it on a tv that only has composite m, how do I do that? The regular ports no longer work. The documentation say if you turn the pallet switch off it will by pass the mod, but how do you do that?
