NES Pal Spain + multi cart aliexprss

Hi guys, I have recently bought my first Nes. I got a multi game AliExpress cart. Not SD card cart, just a multi game one.

It seems that sound works slowly.

Here are my guesses: 1. The problem is the cart, Chinese faulty. 2. The console has been modded in a chip to be region free so I could play America's games. Can this be the reason of slow music?

I am going to try to get an original cart and check it out but it would be helpful to know from your experience if this has happened before to any of you.
