Snes emulator for DS that is better then snemulds?

So snemulds doesn't work very good if you don't know or haven't seen it. and the thing I don't understand is that jensisDS could run flawlessly on DS with most if not all genesis games. I know that the genesis and snes are different in terms of power but not different enough that almost nothing can run on snemulds and everything can run on jenesisds. Now I don't have a lot of programming experience especially not with emulators but wouldn't it be pretty easy for someone who does have that...
