TV doesn't detect Pi as CEC device

I installed Manjaro Plasma Bigscreen on my Pi 4, but my TV doesn't detect it as a CEC device.

I saw a post saying that the problem was with the Argon case and the HDMI adapter board and that an improperly soldered connection from the HDMI port to the board was the problem.

I don't have a micro-HDMI to HDMI adapter to test, so that can be ruled out as a possible solution.
